I want to encourage, help, and teach Mothers about the advantages of ocean exercise. We all know the benefits of physical activity, so let's explore the perks of doing it in the ocean.

The ocean stimulates the release of feel-good hormones like Dopamine and Serotonin. Have you ever felt unhappy after leaving the beach? Neither have I! The salty air boosts your respiratory system. The magnesium in the water hydrates and moisturises your skin. Walking on the sand strengthens your ankle, abdominal, and wrist muscles. Deep water running and swimming in the ocean help with body rehabilitation by reducing joint stress. Looking at the ocean relaxes the mind, and the sound of the waves reduces body stress.

I could talk a lot! But I hope you not only understand, but also feel it deeply! So, whether you want to come to our in-person Mothers Movement sessions or feel confident to go to your local beach and exercise, my goal is to motivate mothers like you to enjoy exercising by the sea.

As a mother of four, she has created a movement practice that is both effective and mindful, yet simple and sustainable for all environments and schedules. Children are encouraged to join and play, or you can take this time for yourself. All mothers of any age or fitness level are embraced.
